Shipping and Returns

Our objective is to provide high quality merchandise at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 30 days after receipt of your order, (including invoice, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable, unless the product is deemed faulty by our engineers.
Please note, that no item must be returned to us, with out obtaining an RMA number from us. This allows us to track the return of your product effectively.
To obtain an "RMA" logon to your account, then click Review previous Orders, under the ORDERS section, you will then see your orders listed down the page, at the end of each order is the RMA returns icon, click this and fill in your returns request, along with as much detail of the fault as possible.

A standard £3.00p charge on all orders under £60, orders over £60 are shipped carriage paid.


If you are returning goods after 30 days, please contact our sales team and we may offer you an exchange, or refund, depending on the problem.

IMPORTANT Persolalised items can only be returned if faulty, or damaged.
